New gear for medical practice

The latest round of fundraising by Clifton Hospital Auxiliary has raised enough money to fund four new blood pressure monitors and one thermometer to be used at Clifton Medical Practice.

Clifton Medical Practice’s Dr Jo Pappas (far left) and Dr Andrew Choo (far right) with Clifton Hospital Auxiliary Vice President Eileen Kelly (centre left) and President Marleen Watson (centre right) with the new blood pressure monitors and thermometer.

Clifton Hospital Auxiliary President Marleen Watson said the money for the new equipment had been raised by raffles, including some held at O’Shanley’s Pub, donations and proceeds from the cake stall at the markets during Country Week.

She said the money could not have been raised without community support.
