Allora’s afternoon of fun and frivolity - all in the name of International Women’s Day.

Saturday saw the Allora Community Hall packed with local ladies ready for High Tea, games and bingo with the highlight being Drag Queen Trivia.

No men in sight with the exception of a select few assisting with serving the females their favourite drinks.

Shirts by Dangerous Females with suitably monogrammed quotes were also a big hit on the day, with each purchase going towards supporting women and families exposed to violence and abuse .

To sum up International Women’s Day a saying from Taylor Swift “People are going to judge you anyway, so you might as well do what you want”.
