Allora Show Society looks to the future Calls for a Next Gen Team
The Allora Show Society is excited to announce plans to establish a Next Gen Team, aimed at encouraging the next generation of local leaders to get involved and help shape the future of our much-loved Show and community events.

The Show Society recognises that for the Show and other events to continue growing and thriving, fresh ideas, new energy, and younger voices are needed at the table.
That’s why the Society is inviting community-minded locals aged 18 to 40 to step forward and become part of this important initiative.
Youth engagement is critical to the long-term success and security of the Show Society.
By involving younger people now, it ensures the events stay relevant, vibrant, and continue to reflect the changing interests and talents of our community.
It’s also a fantastic opportunity for personal growth, building friendships, learning new skills, and playing a key role in keeping cherished local traditions alive.
If you’re passionate about Allora, enjoy working with others, or simply want to give back to your community, the Allow Show Society would love to hear from you. Whether you can lend a hand occasionally or take on a more active role, your contribution will make a real difference.
You have an opportunity to delve into the background of the Show Society and learn more about the workings behind the scenes by attending the Annual General Meeting on Sunday 17 August from 2pm at the Showgrounds. You can be involved in the meeting or just take a seat and watch the proceedings.
Together, let’s keep the Allora Show Society strong for generations to come.
