Dabblers Secretary Kelly Swift said it was a great day.

“Everyone seemed really happy with how it went,” she said.

Kelly said there were 29 stalls in the hall, selling the likes of soaps, ceramics, wooden toys, plants, handmade bags, greeting cards and quilts.

“We had about 150 visitors - a steady stream throughout the day,” she said.

“Morning tea and lunch were very popular.

“I’d like to thank all the Dabblers members who helped set up and pack away, and their husbands.

“I’d also like to thank the community for coming out and supporting us.”

This was the first year the Art and Craft Markets have taken place in the F. E. Logan Hall, having previously been held in Pioneer Park and the Showgrounds pavilion over the past four years.
