Australia’s protein industry leaders in Dalby for Protein 2026
Producers, processors, exporters and industry leaders from across Australia’s protein sector are encouraged to secure their seats at Protein 2026, a major industry conference to be held in Dalby on Wednesday, 27 May 2026.
Hosted by Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE), Protein 2026 will bring together leaders from the beef, pork, poultry and pulse sectors for a forward‑focused exploration of the forces shaping the future of protein, including trade, technology and talent.
The conference will feature expert insights, curated panel discussions and cross‑sector collab-oration, providing attendees with practical perspectives on strengthening competitiveness, resilience and long‑term growth across the full protein supply chain.
Queensland Minister for Primary Industries Tony Perrett will attend the conference, highlighting the importance of the sector and providing attendees with an opportunity to hear first-hand about current policy priorities impacting Australian agriculture and protein production.
Confirmed speakers include senior leaders from major agribusinesses and organisations, including speakers from Mort & Co, JBS Australia, Agri Talent, Four Daughters Beef, Camm Agricultural Group, Doover, Ruminati, Qld Food Farmers Commissioner, AusAgritech, Gallagher, Future Farmers Network and more.
Speakers will share insights on global markets, operational performance and workforce capability.
TSBE’s General Manager – Food Leaders Australia, Rowie Beveridge said Protein 2026 would provide a valuable forum for industry to come together to address both opportunities and challenges facing the sector.
