Kulpi Cricket Club completed a hat trick of Fiechtner Family Shield titles defeating Pittsworth Pelicans by six wickets at Goombungee on Sunday afternoon.

Kulpi produced an all-round display of excellence to win the CDCA final and make it three premierships in three years.
Pittsworth captain Jordan O’Shea won the toss and decided to chase for the second time in the day, following his team's victory in the qualifying final over Millmerran.
On the first ball, Pelican Sam McGinn was caught by Jacob Hine off Cooper van der Linden’s bowling.
Pelicans Qualifier hero Brett Wilson consolidated with Ben Cavanagh in a partnership of 44.
Young Jake Spies broke the momentum, taking the wickets of Wilson and O’Shea in the sixth over.
Wickets continued to fall at regular intervals thereafter for Pittsworth to dent progress.
In the 14th over, a battle between top-scorer Thomas O’Sullivan and Jacob Hine ended with O’Sullivan’s stumps on the floor.
With three wickets left, Sonny McCormack put a stranglehold on Pittsworth’s innings, which ended at 105.
Chasing a small target, Kulpi’s Marcus Frizzell went hard early, wiping off half the deficit in six overs.
Three Adam Armstrong wickets aside, there was only one way the match was going to end from that point.
Josh Midolo (2-18, and 28) was Player of the Final.
Victorious Kulpi Captain Corey Dioth thanked the healthy crowd of friends and supporters for attending.
“I’d like to thank everyone who came out from Millmerran and Pittsworth,” he said.
“Also to those behind the bar.”
Pittsworth captain Jordan O’Shea thanked umpires Owen Sperling and Rick Holloway for officiating.
CDCA games typically do not have dedicated umpires.
“I’d like to congratulate Millmerran - you’ve got a lot of young players coming through and it’s great to see. Kulpi - you were a class above,” O’Shea said.
