Churches farewell to Lionel Rohrlach
Representatives of local churches meet each month and at this month’s meeting they said farewell to Pastor Lionel Rohrlach who has been at the local Lutheran Church for 14 years.
From Left: Wilma Proudlock (Uniting Church), Leah Moore (Local Religious Educator), Willie Liebenberg (Uniting Church), Reverand Lionel Rohrlach (Lutheran Church), Charlie Uebergang (Lutheran Church), Father Thomas Areekuzhy (Catholic Church), Brett Dolley (Harvest New Life Church) and Carmel Schick (Catholic Church).
Reverand Rorhlach has been appointed to Gympie.
Charlie Uebergang will replace Reverend Rohrlach in the local role.
Pastor Charlie was ordained at a special service in October.
