Fine Weather for Pac Seeds Foundation Farm Field Days
After good rain the previous week the ground at the field days was soft but dried out enough for growers to move about and inspect the crops of mainly sorghum and corn.

For three days Pacific Seeds supplied grain growers with the latest information on improving crop performance, the future of grain sorghum silage, updates on sorghum and corn hybrids along with managing and drying grain.
The field walks were popular with growers who were transported by either train or coach to various crops where talks and demonstrations took place with an opportunity for growers to ask questions. Of interest were the machinery displays and advanced precision agricultural systems including the use of cameras and A1 to identify individual weeds.
At the end of each day Pacific Seeds treated everyone to drinks and live music.
