First house at Tuana Park completed
After much anticipation, Danielle Humphrey and her family were the first to move into their new home in the Tuana Park Estate on 22nd August, 2024.

The house, built by Hotondo Homes, was completed in four and a half months.
There are a number of houses currently being built in stage one of the Tuana Park Estate, all in varying degrees of construction.
The estate is made up of 35 lots, 12 in stage one and 19 in stage two.
Tuana Park Estate developer Mark Droney, said five lots in stage two have already been sold and another two lots are under contract.
“Only 12 to go,” Mr Cattell said.
The estate is located in Pittsworth, off Margetts Street, on the newly constructed road, Cattell Crescent.
