Foundation Farm Field Days
Pacific Seeds is hosting the 2024 Foundation Farm Field Days at Allora this week
There is a great lineup in the 2024 program which includes new panel discussions, industry speakers, field walks, machinery demonstrations and more.
Get up-to-date information on the latest research findings, technologies and planting methods.
Each day will have a morning and afternoon session, with an hour break in between.
There will be speakers including Donny Benn, Agustina Tuckey, Solomon Seymour, Wayne Chesher, Chris Gilliam, Bertus Jacobs and Trevor Philp of Pacific Seeds; David McGavin of Precision Seeding Solutions; Marshall Rasmussen of Rasmussen Brothers Engineering; David Barber of DairyNext; Nathan Lester of Lallemand; Bede Omara of Incitec Pivot; Geetika of University of Queensland; and Pete Fitzgerald of RDO.
There will be fields walks in both sessions and a farm bus tour in the afternoons.
The program will run from 8.30am Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
Thursday will be available as a ‘make up day’ if you are unable to attend in the days prior.

Foundation Farm is an exciting new innovation hub established by Pacific Seeds.
It is used in the development of everyday agronomic solutions, in addition to being a practical and highly valuable educational resource for young farmers and agronomists.
It is located approximately 2.8 kilometres south of Allora along the Warwick Allora Road.
Follow the flags and signs towards the farm and parking will be available at the main gate.
