Func juniors take part in inaugural competition
Young Crossfitters from FuncFitness in Oakey have been taking part in a new national Junior Premier League tournament.
Oakey’s participants in the Junior Premier League competition.
From July 18th to August 8th, the junior athletes completed four open workouts judged by a verified Crossfit coach, judge or trainer.
These workouts included rope pulls, wall climbs, deadlifts, dumbell snatches, wall balls, knee raises and pull ups.
In total, six young athletes from FuncFitness put their hands up to take part,
Captain (13-15 years): Ella Halter
Lieutenant (10-12 years): Blair Reimers and Brynee Graham
Cadet (7-9 years): Ayla Graham, George Graham and Millie Cherry.
