Grand design in Cooper Street

Just like something you might see on ABC’s Grand Designs Australia, a custom 4-bedroom 2.5-bathroom modular home was recently craned into place on a residential block in Cooper Street, Pittsworth.

Owners Ellie and Steven Wright purchased the block of land last year but were eager to find alternative options for a new build after facing a $30,000 to $50,000 outlay for slab infrastructure.

Their solution was Alphaline Homes who specialise in modular and compact living solutions.

The new home arrived via truck from Brisbane and was craned into position on steel posts, drawing much attention from the neighbours!

The Wrights were inspired to purchase property in Pittsworth after attending a local football game, and noticing the number of young families moving into the area.
