Greens turn yellow
Golfers, sheathed in yellow, were swinging for a good cause last Sunday for the #DoingItForJarrod charity day.

Clifton Golf Club member Avril Millard said the day was held to raise money for Challenge Foundation, who support children with cancer, and their families.
“(It was) also to continue the legacy of Jarrod Lyle, who was an Australian Pro Golfer who played on the US PGA, and who fought leukaemia three times before passing away in 2018 at 36,” Mrs Millard said.
“We had a wonderful turnout of 54 players, who all had fun playing in teams of two, with a barbecue lunch and some great prizes on offer.”
The winners on the day were Jason Wienert and Brett Hubbard.
As a professional golfer, Jarrod Lyle was known for his trademark yellow bucket hat, which is why golfers wore yellow on the day.
A total of $600 was raised for the Challenge Foundation.
Golf clubs across Australia have been participating in #DoingItForJarrod by dedicating a club competition day.
