Leading Sheep field day
Leading Sheep has planned a self-drive field day to be held across two properties at Goondiwindi and Yelarbon later this month.

The field day, “Smart Yards Smarter Flock: Getting the Most Out of Tech”, will be held on Thursday the 13th of August from 8am, finishing at 3.30pm.
Producers are being urged to join the convoy to connect, innovate, and take home practical ideas on getting the most out of their technology.
Experienced producers Mark Murphy and Alan Rissmann, from “Karbullah” at Goondiwindi and “Rosedale” at Yelarbon, will share why they made the change, how they implemented it and the challenges the encountered, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
Mark and Alan will showcase the technology they’re using on-farm, including sheep handlers, paddock weighing, data recording, smart collars and eID systems.
Smoko and lunch will be provided but it is suggested that participants may like to bring their own chairs.
