Locals Costello and Jones win top gongs at Beef Classic
One-hundred-and-one head were shown from 17 exhibitors at the Goombungee-Haden & Oakey Show Beef Classic at Elders Saleyards Toowoomba.
Oakey Show Society President Judy Byers said judge Pat McMahon had his work cut out, with several classes of more than ten entered in each separate class.
“All exhibits were an absolute credit to their owners and many comments were made as to the excellence of the cattle shown,” Mrs Byers said
