Mayoral Prayer Breakfast to support our local Chappies
Pittsworth's annual Mayoral Prayer Breakfast will be held on Friday, 17th October at the Function Centre in Hume Street with the proceeds going toward Pittsworth and District State Schools' Chaplaincy.

The guest speaker for the event will be Jason Berry, Field Development Manager of Toowoomba Region for Scripture Union.
Mr Berry's role involves recruiting, equipping and encouraging 33 chaplains across 55 schools.
As a former chaplain himself for over six years, Mr Berry said he had seen first-hand the impact a caring adult can have on a young person's education and general wellbeing.
"Chaplaincy is all about connecting the community with the school, staff with their students, and students with their potential," Mr Berry said.
"Whether it's providing a listening ear, playing a game of handball or running a small group program, chaplains are in schools to serve wherever the need arises."
Scripture Union is a not-for-profit organisation that works alongside local churches of
all denominations and community groups to bring God's love, hope and good news to children, young people and their families.
Join with Toowoomba Region Mayor Geoff McDonald and Mr Berry for a delicious breakfast and great conversation.
Arrive at 6am to find your seat in time for a 615 start.
