Messy but fun

About 40 young people attended the recent messy games night hosted by Life Support Youth in Pittsworth.

The annual event is always highly anticipated by the local youth and bound to create a mess - but that’s what it’s all about!

Participants were split into four teams, and worked together to complete a number of challenges involving whipped cream, pasta dough and molasses.

Some of challenges included unfreezing and wearing a frozen T-shirt, crawling through a molasses tunnel, and pop-up tag balloons filled with messy substances.

The mac and cheese dinner was provided by a team of volunteers from the Pittsworth Uniting Church, followed by a variety of homemade baked goodies for dessert.

The night concluded with a bubble bath foam cannon hose-down.

It’s debatable whether or not this ‘hose-down’ made even more of a mess than the actual challenges!
