Multiple Vehicle crash at Hendon
At around 2pm last Thursday, 21st August, a three vehicle traffic crash occurred at the intersection of the Warwick Allora back road with Goomburra Street at Hendon.

Early investigations conclude that a 51 years old Hendon man, returning home from work, was travelling south, pulled up at the intersection and waiting to turn off the main road into Goomburra Street, when he was struck from behind by another southbound vehicle, driven by a 23 years old Warwick man.
This caused the waiting vehicle (below) to be shunted forward and sideways before tipping onto its side.
The vehicle responsible, ended up through an adjoining property boundary fence into a nearby horse paddock.
A third vehicle, travelling northbound was unable to stop in time and had a further minor collision with the tipped vehicle.
Allora Police and Firefighters with Warwick Ambulance attended.
Thankfully no one was seriously injured, with the Hendon local taken to Warwick hospital for examination only.
Two vehicles were undriveable and were towed from the scene.
Allora Police would like to thank witnesses, and others who stopped to provide details and render assistance, including traffic control at the time.
