New affordable housing in Warwick and Killarney
Regional Housing Limited advises that vacancies in new affordable housing in Warwick and Killarney, are now open for tenancy applications.
The Warwick Affordable Housing includes ten new homes, featuring seven one-bedroom and three two-bedroom dwellings.
The Killarney Affordable Housing includes four homes, comprising two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom dwellings.
This project is currently in the final stages of construction with completion expected in October 2025.
These affordable housing developments are owned by the Uniting Church in Australia and Regional Housing will manage tenancies for both Warwick and Killarney sites under the Affordable Housing Program (AHP).
The rent charged would be 74.9% of the market rent. Regional Housing encourages singles and families to apply.
