The donation is greatly appreciated as our current computer was donated to the Society by Jan Frith after her husband Peter passed away in 2011.

Jill Bockman, a SCOPE member, also donated a large monitor which will allow two members to transfer information to the database from the old hard copy records.

It will also be used for Powerpoint presentations on Open Days.

Jill Leeson, president of the SCOPE Club of Allora, visited the museum yesterday to hand over the donation.

Jill reiterated that all the money raised through the SCOPE Op Shop is donated back to the community and to Willow Tree 37 Women’s Support Centre, a SCOPE National Project.

Please support the SCOPE Op Shop and our museums, situated opposite each other on the corner of Warwick and Forde Streets Allora.
