What an incredible afternoon and evening we had at the Pig Races!

The atmosphere was buzzing, the laughter was loud, and the sense of community was truly something special.

It was wonderful to see so many people come together to support our school - the event was a fantastic success from start to finish.

From the excitement of cheering on your favourite racing pig to the friendly chatter shared across tables, the night was filled with fun, connection, and great memories.

Events like this remind us just how strong and supportive our community is.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who attended.

Your enthusiasm, participation and generosity are what made the night such a success.

Whether you placed a bet, sponsored a race, or simply came along to enjoy the evening, your support truly makes a difference.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing volunteers, organisers, P&C members, and supporters who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

From planning and set up, to running the event and packing up at the end of the night, your time, energy, and dedication ensured everything ran smoothly.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank our local businesses and sponsors for their generous contributions.

Your support helps strengthen the connection between our school and the wider community, and we are incredibly grateful.

We’re thrilled to share that the P&C made a profit of around $14,000 - an absolutely fantastic result!

While there are no specific projects allocated at this stage, the P&C will continue its important role in supporting our students by contributing towards the cost of excursions and transport to events throughout the year.

Did you know you don’t need to have a child attending our school to be part of the P&C?

Our P&C Association isn’t just for current families, it’s for everyone who cares about supporting local education and strengthening our community.

We are lucky to be part of a community filled with passionate people - local businesses, grandparents, past families, and neighbours - all of whom play a role in helping our school flourish.

The P&C is a wonderful way to bring those connections together, and we would love to see even more community members involved.
