Police seek information on fatal crash
Police are calling for any assistance public can give after a motorcyclist died in a crash south of Allora on Christmas morning.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the fatal single motorbike crash which occurred at Hendon.
Emergency services were called to Hendon-Victoria Hill Road near Maryvale Street around 7.30am on Christmas Day after a Harley Davidson FXDXT motorbike and its rider were located unresponsive near the roadway.
The rider, 54-years-old Paul James “Jack” Harris of Clifton, was declared deceased at the scene.
Mr Harris had previously lived at Leyburn.
Investigations into the circumstances leading to the man’s death are ongoing.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have relevant information or CCTV/dashcam vision to come forward.
