This handover event recognised the long-standing partnership between the SES, Energy Queensland (Ergon and Energex Networks), and Powerlink Queensland in a commitment to supporting the safety and resilience of communities across the state.

As part of the handover, many local SES Groups in the South-West will be receiving new equipment, including the Goombungee SES Group, who were given ten Lifetime almond classic folding chairs, and two Lifetime six-foot bi-fold blow mould trestle tables.
