Ray White Rural Oakey Property Management Team awarded ‘premier’ status
Ray White Rural Oakey’s Property Management Team has been awarded ‘premier’ status, meaning that the team was ranked among the top 11 per cent selling Ray White agents in Australia over the 2025/26 financial year.
Ray White’s Property Management Team consists of Sandra Barron, Jamie Jacobs and Clohee Morrow.
Sandra, Jamie and Clohee's work over the past three years has seen a massive increase in the agency’s rental property portfolio.
Sandra Barron said communication and mutual respect was key to managing Ray White Rural Oakey’s property portfolio, which consists of houses and mini storage and shed facilities.
“We’ve got great investors and tenants,” she said.
“It’s important to show your caring side.
“If we’ve had a bad day, and we’re stuffed, we make sure not to take it out on our tenants or investors.”
Jamie Jacobs has worked in real estate since 1997, and says the Ray White Rural Oakey property management team works hard to ensure they are keeping up-to-date with changing legislative requirements.
Having previously worked in real estate on the Sunshine Coast, Jamie says working in the country is more personal.
“There are more handshake deals out here, and you look after people more,” she said.
“Apart from the cows, paddocks and septic tanks, the relationships out here are much better, and it’s not all about the money.”
Clohee Morrow is the newest member of the trio but has steadily built up her knowledge of the role to the point where she is an important part of the team.
Ray White Rural Oakey Office Manager Julie Byers said a key part of the Property Management Team’s success was that they treated everyone who walks through the front doors of the office with equal care and respect.
Ray White Rural Oakey Selling Principal Geoff Byers paid credit to his property team on the national recognition of their excellence, which has seen investors trust them with properties outside of Oakey.
“Sandra, Jamie and Clohee are dedicated to their job, to their investors and tenants, going above and beyond,” Mr Byers said.
“Their local knowledge combined with Ray White’s national network backing are what make Ray White Rural Oakey so successful.”
