Several groups benefit from latest round of NAC Mine Community Investment Fund grants

Four successful recipients have benefitted from New Acland Coal’s Community Investment Fund (CIF).

Bowenville Hall received $15,000 for hall repairs, Goombungee Little Folks Group received $10,600 to paint the outside of its kindergarten building, Pittsworth District Alliance received $10,000 to fit out a new social enterprise retail and creative space to employ people with disabilities, and the Belinda McGowan Foundation received $24,100 for the purchase of a cuddle bed for the Oakey Hospital.
