Sports Museum moving faster than Laura - volunteers and donations needed for this exciting project

A few weeks ago work on the new home for the Sports Museum was underway.

Now with the help of fast moving and skilled workmen the rooms are starting to take shape.

Huge thanks go to many donors and workmen who gave their time and/or at reduced rates.

Ross Ruhle made a very significant donation, Brett Campbell donated the Ramp for the Walk of Fame, Ben Ikin for QRL $5,000, Rob Gilmour who worked on cabinets and ramp, Peter Sutton - ramp, Nev Laney - painting, Mark Whiteleg - carpets, CNW Electrical donated lighting, etc. and a generous donation from Carol Taylor.

Thanks also to the various businesses and locals who donated.

Yet to come is the Showroom to be built by Cameron Hamblin for Doug Partington’s Winkler Ford Special which will be magnificent attraction for the Museum and Allora.
