St Francis de Sales students rev up
A Speed and Agility clinic was hosted by Corey Wolski from FitLab in Toowoomba, at St. Francis De Sales School in Clifton on Monday afternoon, 30 June.
School principal Brendan Redinger is keen on sport and after organising the event, opened it up to other children in the community, ans a result of which a few extras joined his students.
It was a great afternoon of fun and learning with the kids excited to attend a clinic and pick up tips on increasing speed and technique.
The St. Francis de Sales school community is so passionate about sport and fitness and it shows.
