The good news is Tai Chi classes will commence soon in Allora.

Well-known local Elizabeth Partington will conduct classes on Thursday mornings from 11am to 12noon at the St Andrews Community Hall (formerly Blue Care) corner of Warwick and Forde Streets, Allora. Weekly lessons will start on Thursday 16 July 2026 and run for ten sessions.

Classes are open to anyone provided you are medically fit. If you are in any doubt that you are medically fit to participate, please consult your medical practitioner first. The level of physical activity is like walking and some of the class may be seated. Participants are to remain within their own comfort zone and can take a break whenever needed.
