United in remembrance

From the dawn service to the mid-morning march, this year’s ANZAC Day commemorations in Pittsworth drew the community together in heartfelt reflection to honour the fallen.


Those who participated in the ANZAC Day ceremony in Pittsworth were the 19th Australian Army Cadets Unit (19ACU) with Warrant Officer Class One Jason Larkin, Tony McEwan, Pittsworth State High School captains Lachlan Folker and Freya Santsingh, Carol McEwan, Allan Petersen OAM (President of Pittsworth RSL Sub-branch, Co-chair ANZAC Day committee), Roslyn Scotney OAM (Co-chair ANZAC Day committee) and Pastor Charlie Uebergang.
