Wyreema SS 130th celebrations this Saturday
From 10am, Wyreema State School will be celebrating its 130th anniversary at the school.
The Wyreema State School P&C, host of the event, is calling all past and present students, families and staff to come together to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate everything that makes Wyreema State School so special.
What’s On:
10am – Formalities and Speeches – Dignitaries are welcomed and stories shared that celebrate the rich legacy of the school.
11:30am – School Tours – Explore where it all began in the original school building, featuring a fascinating display of historical artefacts. Then take a look at how far they’ve come with tours of the school’s new, modern facilities.
All Day Fun:
Market Stalls and Delicious Food
Rides/Games in the spirit of the 1908 opening day picnic!
Raffle – Great prizes to be won! Tickets available on the day and online.
