Water Water Everywhere
Significant rainfall hammered the Allora/Goomburra area on Sunday Night. Unofficial readings of around 150mm of rain fell in and around Allora. Major flooding occurred in Dalrymple Creek which peaked mid-morning Monday. Only a few homes yards were inundated with water.
Swift water flooding cut off Allora/Clifton Road, Allora Drive, New England Highway south of Freedom Fuels and the back road to Warwick.
